Each of us have encountered professional experiences in our past that stand out as challenging, empowering, uplifting, and memorable. The moments that stand out to us the most as we overcome professional challenges, help transform the life of a colleague or student, stand up for what is right, and celebrate our career victories teach us lessons about our own values, ethics, how we approach our work, and ultimately helps us to examine our potential for our future career. During this highly interactive session, we will use storytelling and reflection of past critical professional experiences to help staff, faculty, and administrators identify their personal career vision for the future.
